#09 · Meetings and contacts

How do you turn a meeting into tracked commitments?

The HumanAI platform detects the meeting on the person's computer and only records if they allow it. The transcript identifies who is speaking, and commitments and tasks move from the meeting into the work.

The problem

Meetings produce decisions and commitments that get lost, and nobody knows who talks to whom at the client.

How it works

  1. The meeting is detected on the person's computer, and they decide whether to record.
  2. The transcript identifies who is speaking.
  3. Commitments and tasks move from the meeting into the work.

What it includes

  • Recording on a single machine, with consent
  • Incremental transcript with speakers
  • Commitments, tasks, minutes for Confluence and related stories
  • Archive and analysis of the project's meetings
  • Contacts: people and organisations, relationships and profile

What sets it apart

The meeting stays linked to the work and the people of the project.

Questions

Does it record without warning?

No. It always asks before recording.
